Molecular sieve is high performance adsorbent with excellent kinetic gas adsorption and separation capacity. Moleular sieve is widely used in various industries such as air separation, oxygen generator, hydrogen purification, natural gas dehydration, ethanol dehydration, ethylene dehydration, propylene dehydration, refrigerant dehydration, air break system etc.

Zeolite Powder

Synthetic zeolite powder is crystal aluminosilicates with defined three-dimensional pores of molecules size, such as water, Carbon Dioxide and Hydrogen Sulfide. Molecules smaller than pore diameter can be adsorbed while the larger ones are excluded. Thus zeolite powder is usually made into molecular sieve adsorbent to separate different molecules of different sizes. Type A and X are two typical structures of zeolite powder.

Activated Zeolite Powder

Molecular sieve powder is activated zeolite powder. Activated molecular sieve powder has excellent moisture adsorption capacity. In polyurethane system, zinc-rich coating, painting, sealant and adhesive production and application, it works as moisture scavenger to remove water and other contaminant contained in solvents and additives to improve product quality and extend pot life.

Activated Alumina

Activated alumina is an excellent desiccant for drying a wide variety of liquids and gases. Our activated alumina has been developed with high attrition resistance and crush strength, It has larger water adsorption capacity comparing to molecular sieve at high relative humidity and providing long service life with performance at or below dew point specifications. Activated alumina is widely used in large and small dryers. It is appropriate for use in dehydrating gases in both thermally regenerative and pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process.
