<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JLOX-501A\u306fJLOX-1501A\u306b\u6bd4\u3079\u3001N2\/O2\u9078\u629e\u7387\u304c\u7d042\u500d\u3001\u9759\u7684N2\u5438\u7740\u5bb9\u91cf\u304c\u7d042.75\u500d\u9ad8\u304f\u3001JLOX-501A\u306f1\u301c5\/L min\u306e\u30dd\u30fc\u30bf\u30d6\u30eb\u9178\u7d20\u6fc3\u7e2e\u5668\u3001J LOX-101A\u306f\u3088\u308a\u5c0f\u578b\u5316\u304c\u8981\u6c42\u3055\u308c\u308b\u30dd\u30fc\u30bf\u30d6\u30eb\u9178\u7d20\u6fc3\u7e2e\u5668\u3078\u306e\u4f7f\u7528\u3092\u63a8\u5968\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002
