Karena proses pembuatan bubuk zeolit sintetis 4A dan 13X hampir sama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"520\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jalonzeolite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/s03-img-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1039\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Proses produksi dari <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jalonzeolite.com\/id\/products\/#zeolite-powder\">bubuk zeolit sintetis<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Proses 4A dapat dibagi menjadi persiapan bahan, pencampuran, kristalisasi, penyaringan, pencucian, pengeringan, dan pengemasan. Setelah kristal 4A diperoleh, kristal tersebut dipindahkan ke tangki pertukaran ion. Jika ingin memperoleh bubuk zeolit sintetis 5A, kita memasukkan CaCl<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;larutan dalam tangki pertukaran ion. Jika ingin mendapatkan bubuk zeolit sintetis 3A, kami akan memasukkan larutan KCl ke dalam tangki pertukaran ion. Setelah memanaskan tangki pertukaran ion, larutan tersebut disaring, dicuci, dikeringkan, dan dikemas.
